Cancellation Policy

• Deposits will be refunded in whole if cancellation is received at least three weeks prior to date, or due to foul weather. (Captain’s call on weather)

• Pre-paid trips will be issued a credit or gift certificate for full amount paid if cancellation is received at least three weeks prior to date, or due to foul weather. (Captain’s call on weather) If cancellation is received within three weeks of reservation, there will be a forfeiture of a $200 deposit per trip, with the remaining balance issued as future credit or gift certificate.

• Gift certificates will be retain full value if cancellation is received at least three weeks prior to date, or due to foul weather.
